ACT have organised a range of walks throughout August and September ranging from a gentle stroll to a full day’s adventure. All walks will be led by trained walk leaders who can explain the flora and fauna, history and archaeology of some of the finest locations in Mid-Argyll.
To ensure a place on the walks please book in advance by phoning 01546 602755. All children should be accompanied by a responsible adult and we ask that only well trained dogs under close control or on a lead accompany us. No dogs on route 6 please. Robust footwear, particularly for the moderate and strenuous walks will be required. Please bring your own sun cream/midge repellent/waterproofs as appropriate. Please note that there are no toilet facilities or shops on our routes (except route 6). Please bring all the food and water you will require with you.
All of our walks are free of charge, and have been provided with the support of Awards for All Scotland, Paths for All, and Argyll and Bute Council. Dates, times and start points for each of our walks are listed within our events pages. Our Walks Leaflet with map, start times and full details can be downloaded at the top of this page.
